Poliform congratulates Triptych
Southbank's celebrated apartment residence, `Triptych', has won two coveted awards at the annual Urban Development Institute of Australia's Victorian Awards for Excellence. A project undertaken between RI Investment Trust and the Stable Group, Triptych was honoured with awards for ‘High Density Development’ and ‘Environmental Excellence’ at the annual ceremony that celebrates Victoria’s best projects for 2011.
Triptych's innovative design and sustainable outlook have impressed both purchasers and fellow industry peers since the building was completed late last year, bringing a host of little-known concepts to the forefront of modern apartment design. With collaborations from the likes of Carr Design, Australian Artist; Robert Owen, Poliform, Geyer, vertical garden experts; Fytogreen, lead architects; Nettleton Tribe, Jamie Durie's `Patio' team, and built by L U Simon, the result is a new architectural landmark for Melbourne.
Stable Group managing director, Danny Flynn, said this collaboration of some of Australia's most distinguished design minds means no stone has been left unturned.
" Utilising this incredible collaborative team of architects, artists, landscapers, public spaces experts, interior designers, construction team and more, we have ensured that Triptych represents the very best of everything. This award deserves to be celebrated not only by us as the development team, but shared amongst all of the building's collaborators, from the architects to interior designers, landscape architects, builders and of course, Robert Owen.
Poliform is proud to have been part of the Triptych project, having supplied 154 prestigious apartments with kitchens, wardrobes and storage solutions.
